How does Easya Care work?
A patient walks into a participating community pharmacy (an Easya Care Point), where our staff register them and record their vitals. They then consult a licensed doctor virtually through the Easya platform, who assesses them and makes independent clinical decisions. The consultation is documented digitally, an electronic prescription is issued where appropriate, and medication can often be dispensed at the same pharmacy. Where clinically indicated, the doctor can also arrange diagnostic tests, referrals, or a follow-up plan, so care continues beyond a single visit.
How do doctors earn through Easya Care?
Doctors earn fees for consultations they complete, according to Easya Care's agreed compensation arrangements. Rates, payout timing, and applicable terms are confirmed with you during onboarding; we don't quote figures publicly before a working arrangement is agreed.
Can I participate alongside my existing practice?
Yes. The network is designed for doctors with existing clinical commitments. You indicate your preferred availability, and participation is arranged around it, subject to patient demand and network operating arrangements.
Can I indicate my preferred working hours?
Yes. During onboarding you share your preferred days, time windows, and level of participation (occasional, part-time, or more regular), and we discuss what fits the network's needs.
Which doctors and specialists can apply?
Licensed medical doctors, General Practitioners and Medical Specialists, with valid Medical and Dental Council registration. Your credentials are verified before you provide any services through Easya Care.
How does credential verification work?
The Easya Care team reviews your professional credentials and MDC registration, then takes you through clinical onboarding before activation. Registering interest does not authorise you to practise through the platform.
What happens after I register my interest?
Our team contacts you, typically through the WhatsApp community, to discuss the opportunity, your availability preferences, and the next steps toward onboarding.
Is registering interest a guarantee of patient bookings?
No. Registering interest is an expression of interest only. Consultation volume depends on network demand and operating arrangements, which are discussed honestly during onboarding.
