Before you visit

What you need to know.

Appointments
No booking required.
Just walk in. No appointment, no referral letter, no phone call ahead. If you are at a Care Point, you will be seen.
Payment
HMO and cash both accepted.
Most major HMOs are accepted at Easya Care Points. If you are paying out of pocket, the consultation fee is paid directly at the Care Point.
What to bring
Yourself, and your HMO card.
Bring your HMO card if you have one. Any previous prescriptions or test results are helpful but not required. Your profile is created on your first visit.
Common questions

Answered plainly.

What if I need to see a specialist?
The Easya doctor will write you a referral on the spot, documented, signed, and added to your health record. If your condition needs hospital care, you leave with a proper referral letter, not just a verbal suggestion.
Can I access my records after the visit?
Yes. Your complete consultation history, symptoms, diagnosis, prescriptions, referrals, is saved to your Easya profile and accessible at any time, from any Care Point. Under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012, your records belong to you.
Is this real medical care or a basic screening?
This is a full clinical consultation with an MDC-licensed doctor, not a screening, not a triage service, not a nurse assessment. The same documentation, the same prescribing authority, the same referral power as any registered outpatient clinic.
What if the Care Point is busy?
Care Points are designed for flow, not waiting rooms. Consultations are structured and timed. On days with high volume, Easya can deploy additional providers remotely to reduce wait times.
Can children be seen at a Care Point?
Yes. Easya Care Points see patients of all ages. A parent or guardian should accompany children and will be asked to provide consent before the consultation begins.
