Cough, cold & asthma
Upper respiratory tract infections, asthma reviews, and breathing-related concerns assessed by a licensed doctor.
Family health
All ages, all conditions
Children, adults, and elderly patients all seen. A parent or guardian accompanies children, consent obtained before the consultation begins.
Skin & minor injuries
Wounds, rashes & infections
Minor wound assessment, skin infections, and rash diagnosis. Dressing and treatment where needed.
Prescriptions
Repeat & renewal
Renewing an existing prescription? Bring your records or previous prescription. The doctor reviews and reissues electronically, dispensed on-site.

Consultation fee
Set at each Care Point
The consultation fee is fixed and paid on the day. No registration charge. No hidden fees. You are told the fee before the consultation begins.
HMO
Most major HMOs accepted
Bring your HMO card and your consultation may be fully covered. Contact your nearest Care Point to confirm your HMO is accepted before you visit.
Cash
Always accepted
No HMO? No problem. Cash payments are accepted at every Easya Care Point, every time.
Your health record

Your record. Your history.
Always with you.

Your profile is created on your first visit and saved permanently. Every consultation, every prescription, every referral, documented and accessible at any Easya Care Point across Ghana.

You own your records. Under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843), your health information belongs to you. You can request access, corrections, or deletion at any time.

Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. It is encrypted, stored securely, and visible only to you and your treating provider.

If you are unsure, come to Easya. The doctor will assess you and write a formal referral to the right specialist if needed.

Your rights

What you are entitled to, every time.

A licensed doctor, no exceptions
Every doctor consulting at an Easya Care Point holds an active Medical and Dental Council (MDC) licence. Credentials are verified before onboarding and monitored continuously.
Informed consent before anything begins
You have the right to give or withhold consent before any examination or procedure. Nothing happens without your agreement.
Full access to your records, always
You can access your complete consultation history at any time, free of charge. You may also request corrections or deletion of your data.
A referral if you need one
If your condition requires specialist care or hospital admission, you have the right to a formal referral letter, documented and signed by the treating doctor.
The right to make a complaint
If you are unhappy with your care, contact governance@easyacare.com. All complaints are acknowledged within 2 working days and resolved in writing within 14. Read our full standards →
